food vendors and a beer garden--no admission charge!

River Festival & Dutch Oven Cook-Off

Cooking begins at 5:00 PM MDT        *       Judging to start at 7:00 PM  MDT

Provided:  charcoal, plates

You Bring:  Dutch Oven, serving utensil, elevated fire pan, table if you have one

Assembly & cooking must be onsite.  Pre-slicing, dicing, and pre-cooking meats acceptable.

Categories are:

*Individual  with 3 sub-categories, no limit

A first place winner from each and one overall high score winner - Judges' Choice:

       1.  Appetizer

   2.  Entrees

   3.  Dessert

*Outfitter will compete with their BEST dish or dishes entered to be the overall high scorer.

Sample plates of the Dutch Oven Deliquesces will be sold for $5.00 per plate followed by awards and prizes.
